Aisha Hinds
Aisha Hinds is an American actor, is well-known for her role in the television series "The Shield" and "True Blood". Since her first appearance in 2003 Aisha Jamila Hinds proved her versatility as an actor with her outstanding performances on television series such as "9-1-1," "Detroit One8-7' and Under the Dome. The role she played in the 2005 film 'Assault in Precinct 13" acting as Anna was the first one to grab her interest. However, it was her role as women's right activists Fannie Lou Hamer from the biographical film "All the Way" that made her famous as an actor. Hind received praise for portraying Harriet Tubman, in WGN America's drama period series 'Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series '9-1-1' in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta "Hen" Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed the series for a new season. Recently, Hind wrapped filming for the Hollywood movie 'Godzilla: King of the Monsters' that is scheduled for release by mid-2019.
