Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist in CNN, HLN and other platforms. In addition, she is the camera expert and co-executive producer of television specials on the DIY NETWORK named THE LAST HOUSE STANDING which debuted on March 30 in 2012. Bonnie's first published book is EXTREME WATER, Palgrave Macmillan. It was released on January 31st, 2012 by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston Schneider was the three-day reporter on special assignments who reported on the entertainment industry and lifestyle. Prior to joining WB56 she was the meteorologist on weekends for WFOR-TV in Miami. She worked in a variety of meteorology and reportage positions, such as News 12 Long Island (a 24 hour cable TV news channel) and WXII TV in Winston-Salem. As a regular fill-in for The Saturday Early Show, she was meteorologist for CBS in New York City.
